The 2 receptionists were rude and dismissive, I was aked where did this head wound happen, as if this really mattered.
I had to make an appointment because this clinic was private and didn't take walk ins, ( I was a registered patient there ). They refuse to get a nurse for me to look at my head wound, and I was told to go to a hospital. I then wnt to another clinic in Yankallila who bent over backwards to assist me with my injury. Southern Fleurieu Family Practice, has now lost me as a patient , thanks to the rude girls at the reception desk. - Ralph Stobo-wilson Added May 23, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ☆excellent staff
